Celt varius

Anna Jacoba is a Swiss artist.
After completing her studies in architecture at the Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne, she took up jewellery design and craft.
To perfect her art, she first developed her skills in Switzerland and then travelled the world to expand her knowledge.

Her penchant for jewel-making stems from the many encounters that each made a mark on her journey as a self-taught artist.
In 2010, she opened her workshop in Lausanne, her hometown. Discreet and without a showroom, her reputation spreads by word-of-mouth alone.

She sets great store by aesthetics and draws inspiration from multiple sources.
Her pieces reflect the diverse cultures that shaped her technique, offering a poetic ensemble with a wealth of legends and stories.

The personalised pen is made for those who are looking for a real life accessory. More than an ornament, this exceptional object shows its sentimental value and seduces by its exclusive and original character.

For a better personalisation, Anna Jacoba combines her artistic taste and her aesthetic sense in order to meet your expectations. She uses her talent and skills with precision and high standards, for an outstanding result.

Located in Geneva since its inception in 1915, the Maison is committed to creating and developing writing and drawing instruments combining the finest materials with the most advanced, innovative skills – including some that are extremely rare, such as the exceptional art of authentic Chinese lacquer done by hand in the ancestral manner.

Caran d’Ache comes from the word  “karandash” that is the Russian term for “pencil” and in turn comes from the Turkish root “kara tash” which refers to black stone – the origins of graphite.
